We buy both, so you buy once.
FindDecisions exists for one reason: shopping shouldn’t mean gambling. We put competing products head to head, live with them for weeks, and tell you which one actually deserves your money and which to skip.
Why we startedThe internet is full of “best” lists. Almost none of them bought the product.
FindDecisions began with a familiar frustration. You’re stuck between two products, you open a dozen tabs, and every “review” reads like it was written from the spec sheet — long on adjectives, short on anyone who’d actually used the thing. Worse, the “winner” often just happened to be whatever paid the most.
We thought comparisons deserved better. So we built a site around a simple rule: if we’re going to tell you which product wins, we’d better own both. That’s it. No borrowed units, no press-release verdicts, no hedging. Two products, real testing, one honest answer.
Help you spend with confidence — by doing the boring, expensive, time-consuming testing so you don’t have to.
Three steps between a product and a verdict
Every comparison on the site follows the same path. No shortcuts, regardless of the brand or the category.
We buy it at retail
Each product is purchased with our own money — never sent by a brand — so nothing colours the result.
We test for weeks
Real, everyday use side by side, backed by repeatable bench tests for battery, speed, build, and more.
We score and pick
The same six-pillar scorecard decides the winner, the runner-up, and exactly who each product is right for.
The rules we won’t bend
Independence first
Commissions never decide a winner. If the best pick earns us nothing, it still wins.
Hands-on, always
If we haven’t used it, we don’t rank it. Real testing beats a spec sheet every time.
Honest about limits
No product is perfect. We name the trade-offs plainly so you know what you’re getting.
Kept up to date
New model, price change, or a flaw we missed? We revisit the verdict and date the update.
Real testers, real opinions
A small team that argues a lot about gadgets so you don’t have to.
